I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, had the best time of my life here. Wish they
hadn't gotten rid of the shuttle from the airport though because some of the
city transportation drivers are a-holes especially when they know your trying to
catch the bus to the airport. But my hotel stay was great! The rooms are very
clean, and the employees for the most part are very friendly. Would stay here
again.

Ok...If you are coming to Las Vegas for "Vegas" then you shouldn't be staying
here in the first place. Got two double beds and found and old french fry under
the bed, but Im not the type thats bothered by that. Otherwise, the room was
very clean. You do pay for an internet fee or whatever, but thats all over the
valley. However, at this particular one the internet was down or slow. There is
a brilliantly sized flat panel television in the room, however it is not in HD.
And not only is it not in HD, it is blurrier than standard def. And all things
considered I had one of the best views of the strip and mountains than I have
had at any strip casino.
The casino is made up of locals, who are not the dressed to the nines, vacation
of a lifetime, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas crowd. But the games are all
the same if not a bit cheaper and with a rowdier crowd. And the players club
which is good throughout all the -Station Casinos in the Valley is one of the
best out there. I played around $300 or so on the craps table and got two out of
three of my room nights comp'ed.
I ate at the broiler restaurant which was very good, if not slightly pricey and
the short order grill tex-mex place which was also very good. There was always a
long line for the Feast Buffet.
So in summary, don't come here and spend your whole Vegas vacation here. If you
are on a road trip and passing through, this is perfect. If you are on a serious
budget and would rather spend your money in the casino, this place is also
perfect especially with the generous players club.

I booked this hotel due to the movie theater and the kidsquest amenities for the
kids. Little did I know I would soon regret my decision. We were staying in
Vegas for 3 days, 2 nights. The first room we walked into had a half piece of
toast under the desk and the floor looked liked it had not been cleaned and the
bed blankets were dingy and dirty. They moved us to a room across the hall which
did smell a bit cleaner. Later that evening the toilet leaked all the floor and
ran down the tile onto the carpet. Called the front desk to inform them and was
informed the manager was not in. I asked when she would be in and I was informed
she was supposed to be in at 10:00 a.m. It was now 11:00 a.m. I asked the staff
how is this acceptable for the manager to be a hour late? No response only that
she will phone me when she gets in. When I finally had enough I went downstairs
to speak directly to her, staff kept deterring me to her cell phone. I persisted
and was directed to the gift shop where apparently her office is. She moved us
again to a room across the hall. This time the tub did not drain and the paint
from the tub was peeling. So we had 3 different rooms within a 3 day stay. I can
honestly say we will never be back to the Boulder Station no matter what the
great deals they are offering.

The room itself was OK - I've stayed at much worse places. The room rates were
fantastic - very affordable. However, when you check in there is a $15/day
"amenities fee" tacked on. I wouldn't object to this if there actually were any
amenities. There is WiFi available in all the rooms, but it is slow. There was
an odor coming from bathroom sink drain that smelled like raw sewage. The power
to the thermostat seemed to get cut off occasionally (meaning no air
conditioning with 105 degree temps outside). The room door locks are very
temperamental requiring several attempts in order to enter the room.
Housekeeping never touched the room on the second day of our stay. Perhaps the
$15 amenities fee is for no housekeeping and the odor and the lack of AC? Not
worth the inexpensive room rates....

Reservation was for 2 queen beds / smoking. Arrived at 2:00am after traveling
for 12 hours only to be told all they had was room with one bed and no smoking.
We had three people so they gave us a roll away bed to make up for the second
bed. There were no other options and we were told you rent the room not what's
in it and whether it's smoking or not. All booked up and no other available
rooms. Made this reservation in January for all the good it did us. After 5
hours sleep packed up and left.

We stay at Boulder Station a couple of times a year. If you have a car, it's a
great place to stay. It's a little far off the strip (about a fifteen minute
drive?), but it's a nice place to avoid the strip madness. It's a hotel catered
to Vegas locals. We like it because we can go to the strip when we want to but
go to other places in Vegas throughout our stay without battling strip traffic
every time. Their gambling is also really cheap if you like table games, and the
dealers are nice and helpful, so if you like to head out late at night for a
cheap round of craps, this is a great place to stay so your night always ends at
the table. Restaurants are pretty good for the price, there is a music venue
inside with decent shows sometimes, and the rooms are always satisfactory. It's
not a five star hotel, and you won't be hanging by the pool, but I give it five
stars for being a great alternative that always offers a great price.
