I had a chance to stay here for business and was very happy with the customer
service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful to me and very
warm. They gave me wonderful tips (and maps) about how

The rooms here have an interesting split design with a living area and the bed
area separated and the tv on a swivel so you can see it from both spots. The
hotel seemed new when I was there

This particular hotel is in a great location, has a free airport shuttle *and*
service to The Strip. You've got good options for dining and gaming steps away.
Free parking. Very pleasant staff. Nice continental breakfast. Consistent. No
complaints.

Stayed just the one night, but was impressed by the location, away from the
maddening crowds, yet close enough to walk to it all if you wanted to. Front
Desk service was relaxed, good natured and efficient. Room was excellent, quiet,
well appointed

We stayed at this Hyatt Place on the Veterans Day weekend. We weren't in Las
Vegas to gamble, but to visit friends, so this hotel was ideal. Check in was a
pleasure, and although it was just after

Very nice and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with a pullout sofa. Good location
across from the Hard Rock, and if you need anything there's a CVS right across
the street. Would definitely stay there again.

I took a group of about 20 through Las Vegas on the way to and from the Grand
Canyon. The group sales agent provided excellent service and the rooms were
great. I recommend this property for people on business or visiting to Vegas on
pleasure (they have an airport shuttle and a shuttle that takes guests to the
strip.)

Location is off the beaten path but not too far. Free Breakfast is nice- Pool is
not much to speak of. It depends on what you are looking for...if you want to be
out and about stay on the strip...otherwise it is fine.

Stayed at Hyatt Place for three nights in July. My husband and I had a great
stay. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, and shuttle to
and from Planet Hollywood upon your request! That was a HUGE service. The room
was very nice, quiet, comfortable and very clean. The free breakfast was very
limited, but you have the option to add on things like an omelet for a minimal
charge. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very accommodating and
professional, with the exception of one woman. She was a night
manager/supervisor I was told, and I heard we weren't the first or second to
comment about her attitude. She was a bite rude. We planned to send a letter to
the company about the nice time we had, and we were going to note this employees
actions. Anyway we certainly did not let one person ruin our stay. Keep up the
good work Hyatt - We'll be back!

Hyatt Place Las Vegas provided great rates for our staff and made our time away
from the office very comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend Hyatt
Place any time you are in Vegas whether it be for personal or business travel.

I was in town for work along with a large group of people. I had to book all the
rooms. As the trip got closer up to the last minute we had changes in check in
dates, check out dates, who was staying and a lot of last minute changes. These
guys handled it all with quickness and a professionalism beyond many businesses
today. Never a sigh or a huff when I threw them a curve ball. They said no
problem and got it done. It was nice to know there was a vendor in town I never
had to worry about. A quick e-mail or phone call got it done. The rooms were
great and I never heard a single complaint from my crew, and believe me with my
crew I would have heard about the smallest thing. I'd stay here again for work
or personal. The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, and all of the
staff friendly. It was a crazy 2 weeks working in Vegas for me and these guys
were by far the easiest part of my time there. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Very clean rooms, neat and tidy, organized room divided into comfortable areas
for office work, resting. This was a business trip so was happy with the
location in close proximity to the airport. Convenient shuttle service to and
from the airport. I did not have need for it to the strip, No time this visit.
Special thanks to AGM, Brett. He was very helpful in answering questions
regarding location and distance to a meeting I had scheduled and even printed
information for me. Very professional and helpful! I will return when I am in
the area.

Friendly greeting from Sahara at check-in (that's her name!) gave me a great
first impression. Since I had NO WAIT FOR CHECK-IN, I thought of other Las Vegas
reviews that bemoaned long lines at flashier hotel/casinos. I needed a room with
three beds, so this was great - two doubles and a convertible sofa. Since we
were on our way to "KA" at the MGM Grand, this location was convenient. The room
was large and comfortable, though the bathroom was awkward (toilet too close to
the door!) and the plumbing had minor issues (bathtub slow to drain, sink made
gurgling noise) which will hopefully be fixed. One elevator was out of order,
but the other was fine. The hotel was sold out for the night we stayed, but the
breakfast attendants worked hard to keep up with their refilling duties as the
people kept streaming in. (Don't be late; breakfast is quickly cleared right on
time.) The breads were fresh, the fresh fruit high quality, and the oatmeal
cooked (not instant). Grateful for free parking, no resort fees, and location.
Only heard one airplane, even though our 3rd-floor window faced the airport. All
in all, an adequate-plus, safe, quiet place to stay just off the strip.

I recently had the pleasure of lodging at this Hyatt from June 19th-June 23rd.
The reason for the trip was to pilot a leadership course for a group of military
members. Considering I traveled from the east coast to manage this training
offering I was very nervous about the facilities and service. Fortunately, the
customer service was amazing! The meeting room was arranged to our specs, the
technology worked flawlessly, and every evening they cleaned the meeting room
and restocked our beverages without prompting. As a result, EVERYONE was able to
focus on the training and the event was a hit! To top it all off, the director
and assistant director of sales checked in on us regularly and even photocopied
and overnighted important documents for us. Thank you Hyatt Place! |
