Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas Reviews
12 January 2012
We stayed in a luxury suite with a view last week. The view was fantastic! The suite has floor to ceiling windows so you wake up to fantastic views of mountains in the back of the Treasure Island hotel... and beautiful Vegas lights at night. The room was the most comfortable, tons of space, 3 flat screen TVs and sufficient storage. Palazzo has lots of restaurants and if you don't care much about fine dining you can always eat at Grand Lux Cafe which is a smaller version of Cheesecake Factory. The average check without drinks was about $30 for two of us. They offer lunch and breakfast specials for under $10/person. There are at least 10 places between Palazzo and the Venetian where you can get quick bites and coffee. Palazzo's resort fees include access to the fitness center which is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Try Canyon Ranch cafe at the gym for health breakfast and lunch (little too pricey but great). Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the room but we made an effort to get to know our housekeeper and tipped her on couple occasions. Be ready to call for service when you want your room cleaned. We called every day before we left our room and the room was cleaned when we came back. All of the special requests were answered right away (extra hangers, towels etc.). You have ability to check your room charges on TV screen and we did it every day. Once during our stay we were charged for a water from the electronic snack bar which we did not use. The charges were removed right away after we called. Being able to swim in the outdoor pool was a nice surprise. The largest pool is open and heated. There is also a 24-person jacuzzi which was very relaxing after miles and miles of walking. Outdoor day temperature during our stay was 62-64 degrees. You can’t enter hotel elevators without showing your room key. I felt very safe in this hotel. We had a problem with a couple arguing in their room next door at night. We called security and it was taken care of immediately. Palazzo is so far my favorite Vegas hotel and we stayed in 7 others on the strip.

This is a beautifully chic hotel with tons of bars and restaurants in and around the hotel. It's all suites so we felt like high rollers. Also, it is attached to the Venetian and across from Treasure Island so location was perfect.

I continue to believe that the Palazzo or the Venetian is the best place to stay on the strip. This time we stayed at the Palazzo. I love the all suite concept and our suite was wonderful and luxurious. High thread count sheets

Stayed for 5 nights in a Prestige Sienna Suite, Suite was very good, prestige lounge is bit of a let down, it seems its done, because they have to, but not done with any real purpose. Also Spa is very misleading

I have stayed at Encore, NYNY, MGM, Flamingo and TI so comparing seems fair. The only resort that compares to the Palazzo is Encore and if not for the location of Encore they would be equal. The Palazzo location is great.

I took lots of pictures but they're the same as what other's have posted. This was our first stay here and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future. It is as perfect as every review before me says. We stayed in 32-916 and the view was nice.

Last year we had our family girls weekend at the Venetian this year our whole family 25 of us stayed at the Palazzo. The rooms are identical to the Venetian except for the decor which is a little nicer but hey who goes to Vegas for the room:)

Our party of 4 checked in late on Tuesday October 4th. We had originally booked 2 Bella Suites in the Venetian. No lines, and it didn't take too long to deal with the details. A big conference was in town so they were full - two of us had to stay in the Palazzo which was apparently a $100/night upgrade but it was the same room type.
As the other reviews suggest, this place is huge. It took us quite a while to find our way from the Venetian main lobby, through the Venetian casino, through the Palazzo atrium, through the Palazzo casino, then to the guest elevators. Even when you know where you're going, it's a long walk back and forth - heads up. This is pretty much the same thing if you're one level up and walking through the canal shoppes between the 2 hotels.
Our (Palazzo) room was nice - more of a modern decor than the Venetian, but still pretty luxurious and over the top. The beds were comfy and we slept well. There wasn't a lot of noise from the hallways at night to prevent us from sleeping, which was nice. I'm not sure if that was a good fluke or is indicative of the type of guests that typically book this hotel - I didn't see a lot of really young partiers, I would say it was generally a more mature crowd (late 20's and up).
There were a few details about the room that made me wonder how well this place is holding up or will hold up in the future. The bathroom counter and the top of the room partition is marble, which have both seen better days in terms of water stains/marks. The lighted makeup mirror didn't work, there was a dirty sock from a previous guest that was under the mattress pad/protector, the coffee table in the living room area was very sticky. I know these can be fixed but I believe that months and years of sub-par cleaning and maintenance add up quickly in a hotel. Requests for extra glasses and a few extra items were dealt with quickly by staff. Overall, the rooms were nicely done, well-appointed and comfortable.
We had a look at the Venetian room, and it was similar - same layout, but more over the top in terms of slightly gaudy decor.
