stayed here dec 7-10 2011. First room was clean and well lit..and the hall was
clean and quiet. staff was also really nice and helped with everything we asked.
i only had two problems one...the lobby and elevator music was LOUD...im talking
blaring. im 29 and my fiancée is 28...

We didn't have any problems with the elevators or personnel that others had
mentioned. But going into the lobby the first time, you notice that all
furnishings are dark colors. And this continued thru the hallways

There are some quirky design flaws at this hotel which prevent it getting 5
stars (the glass shelf in the shower that you hit your head on while getting out
of the luxurious jacuzzi tub just ruins the point of having

To be honest, I can't understand why I still haven't Palms Place. Along with
another couple of properties, it's at the top of my preferences and I stayed
there at least 4 or 5 times. Immediately after

5 of us checked in we all receiving different room rates. I was told I had used
2 bottles of water before ever being in the room. They took off the bottle
charge but couldn't explain the different room rates.
