My experience was very miserable by day 3.....also for my cousin that roomed
with me... we both ended up with a bad skin rash that is very annoying. Seem
like they only changed the sheets once. I would not advise any one to go to this
hotel until they have further investigation and confirm that it is not bed bugs
or the detergent they are using. When checking further reviews on the hotel
other guest had annoying skin rash and so please do research before booking into
this hotel, because I have a new born and very upset that i had to go home with
a annoying and maybe a contagious skin rash. I did put a complaint with the
hotel and I advised them they HAVE to do something about this problem because by
the reviews...there are more victims.

We decided to go to Las Vegas on a whim on Christmas eve and stayed at the
Stratosphere primarily because my daughter wanted to go on the rides at the top
of the hotel. We received a great deal but when we checked in the room was not
ready but they offered an upgrade for $20 and didn't have to wait for it so we
did that. The service is great and having unlimited visits to the viewing tour
is a plus. Otherwise, I wouldn't have paid $16 to go to the tower. The stores in
their retail section need a little boost as not too many people visit them.

Loved our stay here! the staff were amazing and so friendly. Our room was
gorgeous with a brilliant view (22nd floor).. The casino is the best one we
tried throughout the Strip and Fremont Street we preferred this hotel to the
rest! Lovely waitresses serving you drinks as and when you wish, and some nice
food too.. Me and my boyfriend are planning on visiting Las Vegas again and when
we do we will be staying here again :)
We stayed in King sized room floor 22, the view was amazing especially at night

Stayed in a Select room, due to the decent price for a Friday and Saturday night
(compared to other places on the strip). Room was a good size, but the bathroom
was not too clean - the shower had multiple hairs in it, and the counter had a
large smudge.
However it's a great place for slots - I found them to be some of the loosest on
the strip.
As others have mentioned, it's not the classiest part of the strip. Nothing too
scary if you've ever lived in a big city, but ladies please be cautious if
walking alone at night - there were some shady characters out and about that
made me feel uncomfortable when walking back to the hotel from the monorail
station (less than a 10 minute walk) at 1 am.

This hotel is too far from all other amenities on the strip. The hotel staff
were rude to my sister and I upon arrival. The only good thing about this hotel
is downstairs there are some nice restaurants to eat and there is of course a
casino.
I didn't like it how they said free wifi and when we arrived we had to pay 11
dollars for 24 hours per device ?
In future, when I visit Vegas, never will I stay at this hotel again. It also
took so long to get to your room. My sister tried to arrange a Grand Canyon day
trip with the downstairs concierge and they were try helpful and hanged up on
her.
Despite all of the above, our trip to Las Vegas was amazing! We payed 180 a
night and I have received better service in a hostel and 2 stay hotel than
here... Think twice before you stay here. |
