My husband and I had an amazing first stay at the Wynn Encore. I received a
letter in the mail from the company offering a pretty amazing deal. We were
upgraded to a King Suite, we got 2 Free buffets

We can not say enough about the friendliness we felt from the entire staff. Our
room was magnificent with so many surprising amenities. Often one "stays away"
from the higher end hotels; not anymore. Our experience was first class.

It is hard for me to say better than expected because the caliber of the
property is such that you expect it to be what it is. Walking into Encore is a
pleasure. The feeling of luxury is everywhere, the fresh flowers, the welcoming
staff, and the total ambience. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Everything
you could want. Bought the entire bedlinen set. Cannot say enough wonderful
things about this property. Everywhere I went I was wished Happy Birthday.

Having previously stayed at the Four Seasons I was to be in Vegas for three days
with my wife who had never been there before. The Encore/Wynn experience was
first class. Every employee was well trained and we never encountered any
problems. At check-in we upgraded to the 58th floor for $20 more per night and
heard none of the disco noise mentioned elsewhere. Dinner at Sinatra was
excellent in both service and cuisine. One negative was finding a blackjack
table below $25 at night but I think that's the norm unless you want to play
during the daytime. I would not hesitate to recommend either the Wynn or the
Encore and will definitely stay there again in the future....

We have stayed at several of the popular hotels on the strip and this was by far
the best. The live flower arrangements are gorgeous.
The decor of the rooms is a bit modern and drab for my personal taste but it was
still luxurious and a nice change from home.
What makes this hotel is the pools and the clubs. There were people of all ages
at club XS. The piano bar is a fun nighttime distraction. They could use another
casual eatery. |
