This Four Seasons is slightly hidden within Mandalay Bay. However, you feel like
you are at a Four Season with it's own lobby, own check in area, own valet area
& own elevators. Very clean

Having been a frequent visitor to Vegas, I'm always searching for the hotel that
lets me avoid the casino walk to get to my room and provides great service. I
finally found it! This Four Seasons has a separate entrance from Mandalay Bay,
and you would never know that you are on the strip. I like tranquility and clean
air in a hotel, and this place has it. You get the 5 star service you expect
from a Four Seasons, where every employee you encounter looks you in the eye and
says hello. Great spa facilities - got a massage and used the steam room. I
would definitely stay here again. Of course, it's a pricey hotel - but you get
what you pay for.

Overall, I thought it was an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and
welcoming. The public areas are what you would expect at any 5 star property. I
was offered bottled water when checking in. The apples at the reception area
were a nice touch.... had a few each day. I stayed on the 36 floor overlooking
the airport. If you love watching the planes take off, this is a great room to
watch planes and helicopters (all day and night) and I could barely hear any of
it from my room. The layout was pretty standard for Vegas, canopy bed and high
tread count linens were nice. Coffee maker was great. The bathroom was huge and
covered in marble. Toilet with a phone was in a separate room in the bathroom. I
loved the bath products, L"Occitane, which included large & small fragrant bar
soap, small lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Spar was wonderful but small, nice and club-like atmosphere. Pool was great,
nice and quite away from the chaos at Mandalay bay. Got to use the house car. If
you need to go 3 miles or so, you can use it, provided it's available.
Housekeeper was wonderful...place was spotless every night and she had a bucket
of ice waiting for my everytime I came back in, late or not.

Entering the hustle and bustle of the Mandalay Bay is a great experience. Not
least because you can enjoy the atmosphere without being stuck in the lengthy
check in queues or having to push through crowds of people. As you enter the
door marked "Four Seasons" the atmosphere and decor change into a calm, tasteful
and relaxed vibe. Empty check in desk were a welcome sight. The staff are
professional, knowledgeable and the service we received was impeccable. A slight
hitch with our room at the beginning was resolved quickly and very much to our
satisfaction.
The suite we had overlooked the strip and was amazing, the bellboy couldn't have
been more helpful, the pool area is quiet and serene, the facilities of the
Mandalay Bay are on your doorstep, the SDX bus stops right outside and there's a
tram to take you on your journey up the strip.
If you're looking for a hotel in Vegas where you have access to the mayhem and
fun, but wish to retreat to your own quiet sanctuary at the end of the evening,
this is the one for you.

Can I move here please? I went with a few friends for a "Girls Weekend" and
thoroughly enjoyed the hotel!! A great location located high up and with
wonderful views. A fabulous pool that wasn't the typical Vegas pool. Classy, not
drunkenly cheesy. Wonderful service wherever we went, especially poolside.
Thanks Fours Seasons for a memorable trip to Vegas (without making me feel
dirty, how I normally feel leaving this crazy place!) |
