We stayed here on a road trip from Dallas to Vegas and the place was nice. The
rooms were huge compared to the other places we stayed on the trip and the sofa
bed made it possible for us to sleep six in the room comfortably. The TV was in
a bit of a strange place between the two "rooms" and it made it a bit
uncomfortable to watch at such an angle. No matter where you go, the Hyatt place
rooms all look the same, so you know what to expect. Clean rooms, good
continental breakfast if you're up early enough, friendly staff, walking
distance to food and shops. It's close to the airport and planes fly over all
the time, but you can't hear them in the room at all, so that was no problem.

Not everyone is 25 and goes to Las Vegas to get drunk or see the sights (I'm not
judging; just saying). I was there for a day at the Speedway and Las Vegas has
the best options for quality reasonably priced accommodations. The staff was
super friendly and the room was completely clean and everything we wanted.
Didn't quite understand the line between the included breakfast and the made to
order breakfast since I ordered one but didn't get charged. Definitely fit the
bill and loved getting another stay credit (:))Guest Reviews Hyatt Place Las Vegas

My place of employment is nearby the Hyatt Place Las Vegas so I travel in
regularly. This hotel is near the airport and within a short distance of
everything you need. Dozens of great places to eat within four-five blocks. It
is right across the street from the Hard Rock and the Hofbrau House is on the
same block. It is also right across the street from UNLV. The front desk is very
friendly and responsive to your needs. There is breakfast and a bar. The rooms
are huge, small suites, comfortable beds, big-screen TV. While this place works
if you're in Vegas for fun, I like it because it's not on the strip, but within
a mile or two from what makes Las Vegas famous.
Room Tip: I always ask for a pool-side room

The staff at the Hyatt Place Las Vegas is top notch. I stay there usually 4
times a month for work, and the ease of check in is superb, the staff is very
good at greeting you by name, and for the business traveler, the responsiveness
to requests and the hotel shuttle ALWAYS being dependable is very important. The
hotel is clean, the breakfast is well stocked and being so close to McCarran is
a huge plus. The van drivers are friendly and dependable. I have stayed at this
property over 50 times in the past two years and have never had an issue.
Definitely recommended for the price. Plus, Sunday nights are the best with Dana
and Kendra at the front desk!!!

I am a flight attendant for a major airline, and I stay in enough hotels to be
able to recognize properties by carpet and curtains. I am based in Las Vegas but
live elsewhere, and am responsible for my own housing when in base. Hyatt Place
is my overwhelming choice! The staff truly understand customer service, and
treat me the way I want to be treated. From the front desk who call me by name
to the housekeeper who returned a family heirloom ring I lost to the van drivers
who are always there with a smile, everything about this hotel is at the top of
my list. If you are looking for a hotel that makes you feel right at home on a
property that looks like a New York City boutique hotel (with much larger
rooms!), then Hyatt Place is the place for you.

I stayed in the Hyatt Place when I was attending a business conference at The
Venetian. On Google maps it looked only a couple of blocks away, however these
were Vegas blocks and it turned out to be a 40 minute+ walk. However $10 in a
Taxi or using the free hotel shuttle meant the location off the strip and near
to the airport was fine.

The staff were really friend and helpful too.
My only complaint was the breakfast which, although being free, was
exceptionally limited and by then end of my stay was something I avoided.
Overall, a good little hotel. Anywhere else in the World this would be a great
hotel but Vegas isn't anywhere else in the World. |
