First off I have to say that any issue we had, the staff was great and helpful.
Our first problem , we upgraded our room when we checked in (we paid more for
the upgrade, not compensated by the hotel). Nobody told us that this room would
be over the club and we would be forced to listen to until 4am. The club is
outdoors by the pool so a large number of rooms are affected by this. Every
morning we heard the same complaints. This appears to be a known issue that the
hotel does not appear to address. For our troubles, the hotel gave us $150
credit (food only).
Another problem was the food. Since we had the food credit we ate at a few of
the restaurants. Society was basic coffee shop food for double the price. I had
better hot wings at Costco. The Asian Restaurant was subpar (very bland and
overpriced) and our room service breakfast was borderline disgusting. We paid
$90 for breakfast for 2 and the food was quality was similar to McDonalds. The
food was so bad that we decided to eat at the airport instead of the hotel since
it's cheaper and better quality.

The Encore is an outstanding place to stay, we were upgraded to a king suite and
it was fantastic! A great view of the strip, the room was very comfortable to
say the least. The room had all of the usual things with a remote control at the
bed for all of the lights and drapes. Floor to ceiling windows. The only
negative was the buffet at the Wynn, at $40 per person it is highly overpriced,
don't get me wrong the food was good...good not outstanding, in my opinion it
was worth $20 maybe $25 per person. We received excellent customer service
wherever we went on the hotel.

Some really good points to this hotel (rooms, Japanese restaurant Wazuzu, pool)
but also some not so good (service, value for money, casino tables). We will
stay somewhere else next time. Be careful about all the hidden fees - $25 to use
a fridge in the room, $15 to use the gym.

Have been able to stay at Encore since it opened.
It has grown into a great destination.
Staff, rooms, restaurants, fantastic.
Only downside are the room electronics - sub par but not a got to have.

Encore is one of the nicest hotels in Vegas. It's warmer than the new Aria, City
Center, etc. The other places felt cold and ultra-modern which is great if
you're single and like that. Encore was more hospitable and welcoming.
Beware rooms facing the pool. XS nightclub down there is open till 4/5am and is
LOUD. The front desk warned us in advance so we got a room on the other side of
the hotel. It was not the best view but we slept well.
We had an excellent breakfast at Society (not far from the elevators). Dinner at
Sinatra was OK. Nothing to write home about.
We had a great time at the Encore spa. Make sure to bring swimming attire. Nice
and relaxing pool/Jacuzzi, and showers. Nice lounge, locker room, amenities. It
felt like country club living. The fusion massage was good but not great. The
facilities were amazing.
We'd definitely go again. I'd recommend it to couples and high rollers. The
hotel has the best club on the strip with XS but the hotel itself seems to be
for a more mature clientele.
