I just came back yesterday from the Excalibur after a three night stay, and I
must say this hotel was above satisfactory. It has a large arcade which is great
for kids, great pool with different section's so there is something for
everybody whether you like fun times, or relaxing time's. Good location, however
it is near the south end of the strip, if you pay a little more for somewhere
like the Flamingo you will be much more central, but still plenty to do and see
around the excalibur area. The only thing i didn't like is they ding you with a
mandatory $42 facility fee to use the pool, gym, phone, internet. But overall I
would say this place is a good bang for your buck and I would consider staying
again.

This resort is situated quite far up in the strip. This was my first time in
Vegas so I don't have much to compare against (compared to all my previous hotel
visits around the world, this is by far the best).
Fantastic room, boring view (the back side of the castle). The casino looked
like every other casino on the strip (except less dancers). The pool area was
great, but the food was really boring if you order it by the pool.

We arrived at the hotel on the 24th August 2011 and after reading reviews about
check in expected to queue but only two people in front so husband got a drink
at bar while I checked in. Staff were very friendly and efficient and got a
lovely upgrade to tower two and hotel did not know it was a honeymoon so that
was nice surprise. Room was lovely and clean and bed was really comfy. Glad we
were on second floor as dont really like heights and there are 28 floors so all
good so far. The food in the buffet is fine you will always find something you
like, was quite surprised to find three or four meat joints on offer. Waitresses
were always with you within 10 mins of sitting at the slots and always very
friendly but dont forget to tip them as they do work hard for their money, we
tipped 2 or 3 dollars each time for two beers which was a lot cheaper than 11 or
12 at the bar as the beer is free if playing the slots so they were happy and so
were we. Planning to return next year for two weeks with a load of friends as
been all over world and can honestly say one of best holidays ever had. This
hotel is not noisy or dirty and the staff are lovely.

We chose to stay at the Excalibur for 10 nights in September 2011.This hotel was
the only one on the strip in our price range and we were a bit worried after
reading some of the reviews. We only waited 5 mins to check in we were upgraded
for the 10 nights to a tower 2 room for free and also given half price resort
fees from a lovely receptionist. We were on the 25th floor our room and bathroom
was spotless the corridors were hovered everyday and we were provided with loads
of clean towels for 3 women every day. This hotel is in a great location and not
overcrowded outside . Thank you Excalibur we had a great holiday we also did not
have to check out we were told everything was fine and just leave the key cards
in the room, if ever in Vegas again we will return to stay with you.

We stayed here and my daughters got to feel like princesses. They had so much
fun. We went to the Tournament of Kings and all four of my kids got into the
show. It was fun to watch. Similar to Medieval Times, but still different. Our
Knight won which made my daughters happy. The hotel was clean and fun and in
close proximity with other hotels and great activities. I definitely recommend
this hotel. |
