They were absolutely wonderful! It was a mother and daughter trip and the staff
made it a fabulous trip. They made special accommodations so that we could stay
close to each other and the room was great. This was my second stay there and
always a pleasure. Great rooms, wonderful service and even better price.

We visit this hotel every time we are in Vegas (2-3 times a year) because of
BINGO- I know- kind of silly, but the staff in the BINGO room are the best. We
found an amazing rate on line but upon check-in there was a $16.95 "resort fee"
we never knew about. That fee was almost as much as the room itself!! When we
inquired why we were told it was for the shuttle to the airport and for the
pool. Well, if you ever saw this "pool" you would realize it isn't really a pool
at all!! The rooms were horrible with the world's loudest AC unit that kept us
awake all night. In fact, the rooms were so small that one of the beds was
touching the wall AC unit!! One of us froze and the other was sweating.
Sadly, we will never stay here again. The total price we paid would have put us
at a much nicer place. Shame on you Palace Station for this shameful hidden fee
and a front desk staff that could care less.

Just wanted to get a way for the night. Got a great rate at Palace Station. The
room was really nice and very clean. In room coffee and a nice size flat screen
TV made it fun to watch our keno tickets in the room. From the Hotel to Keno
then to Bingo "the caller with the red hair was hilarious" all of the staff was
very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and lunch in the Grand Cafe both times
the service was fast and efficient and the food was great. This is defiantly our
place to go for a weekend getaway.

I booked our room online and did not realize the difference between a terrace
and tower room. We booked a terrace room which was located just outside the
casino in a separate building. The room we were given was ok, but it was located
next to the casino recycling area of the casino. It was late when we arrived,
around 11:30 and the was a lot of crashing and banging going on from the casino
recycling center. I called to ask if it was going to go on all night and it
stopped a few minutes later, but started again around 5am. We complained and
were moved to a Tower Room, which was much larger and modern. However the casino
is very convenient, with a great buffet and Starbucks located inside, and
several other restaurants.

Located off of the strip...a little smaller than the big names but stood up
better in comparison to a few we'd stayed at before.
Cheaper. Excellent rooms. Excellent staff. Excellent restaurants. Excellent
pools.
Not as noisy or smoky as other casinos.
Highly recommend this hotel. |
