My wife & I stayed @ Palazzo Friday night and we loved it. The room is huge, 3
tv's and a great bed. Very quiet, although the bed had a slight squeek ;). We
had a golf course view which was not the strip, but still very nice. We ate at
the sushi place (can't remember the name). It was good, but not great. Small
portions, large price! We spent a good portion of the day at Canyon Ranch & the
Palazzo pools. Loved both! Will definately return to Palazzo.

Our stay at the Palazzo was everything plus that we could have imagined. The
suite was clean, comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful and in excellent
condition. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced in
our hotel stays. We have traveled in the States as well as Europe and this was
the most comfortable facility we have experienced. The staff was efficient and
friendly. A beautiful experience in an exciting city!!

I'm in Heaven. What is there to complaint about? I asked the front desk person
for a quiet room away from elevators. OMG you can hear a pin drop. I asked for a
view and i got one of the mountains, no need for Bellagio fountains/Pirate Ship.
If you want to see the Pirate Ship/Fountains just walk right across the street.
The Valet parking took only 5-10 minutes. Just a few hiccups with my blinds,
etc. If the price is right I will always stay at the Palazzo. Thanks for a
making this chica's week just right! A well deserved reward for serving
overseas!!
I've been here for about 2 days now. I see security at their posts but I've
never had my card checked by them. Oh and by the way, their is a Coffee Bean
shop right by the elevators. It's great if you want to cool off with an Iced
Smoothie. Some of the food prices are a little high, but what do you expect for
The Palazzo, you're not staying at The Excalibur. However, there are many things
to eat if you're on a budget. I have a rental car and normally eat my
lunch/dinner on the outside and breakfast at the hotel. Excellent.

I recently stayed at the Palazzo resort for my sister in law's 40th birthday.
From the moment we were picked up at the airport in the hotel limo we
encountered nothing but outstanding customer service. Our rooms were not quite
ready when we arrived but they took care of our bags and took our phone number
to contact us once our room was ready. Upon entering our room we were not
pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and it was quickly taken care of.
Outside of those two issues we had no more complaints. For those with prestige
level rooms that was nightly reception available. The food at the Grand Luxe
Lounge was wonderful, affordable and they gave you very large portions. We even
splurged and rented a Cabana at the Azure pool area and once again my
expectations were surpassed. Rooms were nice and spacious and were well worth
the price

Went with a friend for a few fun days. The hotel is very nice, easy access to
casino and pool. Not a lot of walking as in some other resorts. The casino was
fair. I prefer Caesar's, but that's really a personal choice. The rooms were
beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious. The Grand Lux Cafe was wonderful.
Every meal we had there was delicious, so we ate there several times! The drapes
are automatic, there is a fairly large sitting area with a tv, a tv near the
beds, and one in the bathroom. Marble all around in the bathroom. Comfy beds.
Would definitely stay there again! |
