The 3 of us went to Vegas this past Sunday & Monday. My wife & our good friend.
We went to see Rod Stewart play the hits @ the Coliseum. We made reservations
way back in May for a classic room. When we arrived close to 4pm to check in
there was no line so we headed to the front desk. I started to hand over all my
info to Samira & as we were speaking I told her that we were going to the show
tonight. I asked her if there was anyway she could place us with rooms on the
same floor and could she maybe upgrade us with our rooms. Well to say the least
she upgraded us to one of their Royal Suites. I would like to thank all who
treated us & for making our stay most memorable.

I unfortunately stayed in one of the older rooms at Caesars, and was very
disappointed. I had to change rooms because the bed was so uncomfortable....only
to be moved to a bed that was no better. I was told all the rooms were going to
have the same type of bed....to get a better bed I would need to upgrade. I
offered to pay for an upgrade to get into a better room, but the only one was
was available was $500 more...a price I was unwilling to pay.
To me, a hotel is only as good as it's bed and it's shower. The shower was the
same quality as the bed...poor. While in the room I felt like I was staying at
the Motel 6 and not the Majestic Caesar's Palace. Next time, I'm staying at the
Bellagio.

Stayed at Caesars with my husband and two other couples. We booked a deluxe room
and told them it was my Birthday and our first time to Vegas and got upgraded to
an amazing Junior Suite in the Augustus Tower with a fabulous view. We got there
at 11 am and it was too early to check in so we checked our bags and hit the
strip! We came back around 3 and checked in. It took about 15 mins. Housekeeping
did a good job straightening up our room and giving us fresh towels and we made
sure to tip everyday. The concierge gave us passes to PURE and one of the staff
even got us on the VIP guest list at Marquee, which was amazing!!!!! We also
rented a cabana at the Neptune pool and had a fabulous time!

Three times a year my friends and i get together to go to Las Vegas. We decided
to stay at Caesars Palace because it has a great location on the strip and a
mall directly inside. We arrived at 3am on friday morning, we went to the front
desk and asked if we could get an early check in at 10am. The desk clerk said
she could do what she can but there are no guarantees. We came back at 10:30am
and this time the clerk said with an attitude "your room is still not ready,
come back at 3pm and we will have your two rooms ready." So we did, went back at
4:30pm, we desperately wanted to take showers and get ready for the night life.
We talked to the very rude clerk who said "we dont have any clean rooms right
now, were putting a rush on the cleaning service." i said that this was
unacceptable that we were told two rooms were going to be available for my group
at 3. Still nothing was done about our situation. Finally after an hour of
giving us the run around we received our keys to the room at almost 6pm! I
called down to the front desk asking to speak to a manager and someone told me
"there's no available manager right now, ill take a message and have someone
give you a call". No one ever called the 3 days that i was there.
For the money that you pay to stay at Caesars the customer service was terrible.
The rooms were not inviting, there were no full length mirrors and our glasses
were dirty. Stay at your own risk!!!!!!!! Its not worth the money!! |
