We where made to feel like rock stars! My two teens and I where on the last days
of our summer road trip, and decided to detour to Las Vegas. American Express
recommended this property...and what a way to conclude our vacation!
As we pulled up it was immediately apparent that the staff goal was to provide a
five star experience, and not a hotel stay. Every staff member was
accommodating, knowledgeable, and generous. This was not my first Four Seasons,
but the experience was unique.
Our room was upgraded (due to availability), spacious and spotless, with a great
view of the desert. This property is terrific for kids, as it features a wave
pool, lazy river, private pool separate from Mandaly Bay, and a terrific
aquarium. The restaurants are 5 star...but the breakfasts are unique. I haver
never tasted anything like the pancakes (get cardiologist consent!).
The price was reasonable and an excellent value. My only complaint was the
location at the end of the strip...but the house car was always available at no
charge.
I almost forgot the spa! I can describe it in two words...life changing. I wish
I could remember my masseuse's name...she's been e 14 years...wish I could bring
her home.
Upon checking out the valet had ice water in our car's cup holders. I love the
little things!

The only hotel we'd use in Las Vegas - classy and elegant, but above all an
island of serenity in a sea of craziness. There are many other cheaper options
in LV, but if you want a superb hotel experience, nowhere else compares.
Note a daily internet charge of $15 p.d. is charged in addition to the room
rate, and that the breakfast included rate covers charges up to $72 per couple
per day. This is entirely adequate, but the quality of the food is so good, it
can be tempting to exceed the allowance!
Pool service is excellent.

The spa and gym are awesome. With the gym and locker room facilities included in
your stay at no charge, at a minimum, check them out. Go to the pool area also
for frozen melon balls, Evian Spritzers in the afternoon, and popsicles for the
all. Gratis. The Sunday Brunch at Verandah is very good though a tad expensive.
Explore where the doors lead you!

The hotel was on the strip so we walked from Mandalay Bay to Circus Circus but
it was really nice to return to a quiet relaxing room after all the hype of the
strip. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had no problem with outside
noise. Our rooms were clean and the bathroom products were fabulous; the soap
smells wonderful. The kids had a welcome plate of snacks at check in and they
were impressed that each plate had their name on it. There is no free internet
service. During our vacation we stayed at three different hotels in three
different cities/states and this was by far the most relaxing.

We got married here and had such a great experience. The wedding team was
fantastic, but everyone in the hotel knew we were the couple that was getting
married. They were super accommodating. The room was gorgeous and very spacious
for the bridal party to get ready. The breakfast and room service was great! All
our guests that stayed at the hotel had a great experience too. They made sure
my parents could get an early check in so that it would not interfere with
wedding day photos etc.

We stayed for two nights and loved it! We would walk through the loud, crowded
casinos and lobbies of other hotels, then return to the calm and quiet of the
Four Seasons. We lounged by the pool under the misters and had a continuous
supply of iced water and frozen grapes. Our kids could go play in the Mandalay
Bay wave pool and river, but return to our comfortable lounge chairs at the
private Four Seasons pool. It was a perfect stay!

The hotel grounds and inside are meticulously maintained. The staff is
knowledgeable and attentive. The food is above average. The prices for most
things are way above average including the room price. You get what you pay for
in most of Las Vegas, if you are willing to shell out top dollar then you should
expect top dollar service and that is what you will get at the 4 Seasons. |
