Red Rock Casino Resort Spa Reviews

My husband and I just returned from a weekend stay at the Red Rock. We were
pleasantly surprised with this off-strip resort. The service was good and the
property clean. We attended a concert at the SandBar on Friday evening, which
was promptly turned back into their nice pool area on Saturday. The resort was
well-appointed with food options and amenities. TBones Steakhouse served us an
amazing meal, while LBS and the Yardhouse were also very good. All delivered a
high level of service. The buffet was one of the best we have been to in Vegas.
Our only gripes were the too expensive poolside drinks and that the Mexican and
sushi restaurants were only open for dinner. We would stay again!

We visited this property for the first time last September and had a great time,
which is why we were looking forward to another visit.
I don't know what happened in less than a yr but the pool water was dirty and
murky, pool chair cushions were just dirty and beaten up. The furniture in room
showed a lot of wear tear.
Cocktails at the pool bar were ridiculously expensive - $16 for a mediocre
mojito!!! Oh, by the way, the automatically add a tip to the pool bar bill.
Ordered room service and was pleasantly surprised. The food was nice and hot
with generous portion and the wait time was reasonable.
Having a bowling alley and a food court on the premises was a plus but we
probably won't return to this property.

Stayed two nights at the Red Rock after spending two nights on the strip and one
downtown. This property was wonderful. It was clean, spacious and relaxing.
Everyone we met went out of their way to be helpful and we couldn't have asked
for more. The pool, however, was VERY cold so we didn't get as much use out of
it as we expected.

long wait to check in. Rooms far away from 1 set of elevators. No one helped
with bags. The Cabo restaurant one of the worse experiences at a restaurant.
terrible service.

I went to Red Rock Resort for a retreat. When we arrived we had our first
"competition" which was at their own bowling alley. As we made our way to the
alley, I was amazed to see a movie theater, bingo hall and more in this one
hotel. I felt like we never had to leave the resort. The bowling alley was so
much fun and the staff was very accommodating to our group. We definitely had
VIP treatment. When we finally were able to check in, the rooms were gorgeous.
Nice bathroom, amenities and comfy beds. We also had a spa appointment and the
massage was nice and relaxing, but would have preferred a bit more of a deep
tissue massage. The pool area looked fun, but I never got to venture out there.
We were on a tight schedule. The only downfall to the resort is the location
being so far from the strip. We had some ladies say it cost them $70 to get from
Red Rock to the Strip. That is a bit pricey in my book. Overall the hotel was a
luxury resort, just needs to be moved a tad closer.
Room Tip: Be prepared to pay hefty cab fares to the strip |
