This was my third time in Vegas, first time at the MGM Grand, but will be
staying there from now on. this trip was a mothers day present from my daughter.
The 5 pools really got our attention, every thing you need or want is right at
your finger tips, and winning $500.00 at their casino was a perk. Loved It,
beautiful rooms, service and staff wonderful.

If you want a place where you can actually sleep and not be awakened by strip
noise stay here. Rooms are amazing and clean. Front staff was good not great,
but out maid was amazing and extremely polite.
I cant say anything more then this is the place to stay. I am usually very picky
about where we stay but the only complaint I had was that we could stay any
longer.
I highly recommend this place, we stayed at Aria and it was great but extremely
expensive. But The Signature was best, got a $600 room for $214 a night.
STAY HERE!!!

We are here for our second night. The stove top doesn't work that well, the
refrigerator stopped working the second day (full of food), the shower was dirty
with pink mold, the stove top and pans were super small (not large enough to
cook for a family of 4), the silverware was dirty and we had no coffee in our
room.. We booked through Blue Chip and the service is just ok. I called three
times to get some issues resolved and it wasn't until the next morning that I
got a little angry with Blue Chip and told them how disappointed I was in the
room and the service before they fixed anything or returned my calls. Once I had
someone on the phone they were very nice. Housekeeping and maintenance were very
friendly also. Just disappointed that the room wasn't what I expected and that I
had to get upset while on vacation. Not sure I'd stay here again and if I did it
would only be with a party of 2.

The hotel is magnificent! I loved it but I didn't like paying more at the end of
my stay. It means "Resort Fee Tax" which I didn't know when I booked this Hotel.
I suggest the Hotel warn the client before about other rates.

Everything about the room is great, if i had to complain about something it
would be how far it actually takes to get to the room after you enter into the
mgm grand. Other than that beautiful view, awesome room and i would def stay
here again

The Signature MGM are three towner blocks behind the main MGM on the strip
connected by moving walkways. Not as noisy as the main MGM. We had a suite at
little extra cost which was outstanding. Easily better than many city 5 star
hotels.
This is just a real gem an a city where, to be fair, you can find many fake
diamonds

I booked this this hotel through Greg at signature rentals. I'm currently
travelling around the USA and las Vegas is our last part of the trip. When I
travel I like to stay in 5 star accommodation as I am quite fussy. After having
a terrible experience in Miami with a holiday rental company I was really
nervous about arriving at the signature. Our plane was due to arrive at 9 am
And because check in isn't till 3 I contacted Greg and he arranged for me to
check in early. Walking into the hotel was just relief! The place is just
lovely. As soon as we stepped into our junior penthouse suite (room 615, floor
30) I was blown away. The place was perfect! Big and comfortable king size bed,
kitchenette, the biggest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel room and the service
is fabulous. There is an in house laundry for guests to use for free and a cafe.
The walk to the MGM takes 5 min (not 10-20 like other guests complained about)
and the walk to there is all on a moving walkway. We purchased monorail
tickets... It makes it much it much quicker and easier to explore the other
hotels and the strip in the heat. The thing I love about the the signature the
most is that it's non smoking. I've found by just walking into any of the
casinos that I find it a bit difficult to breathe and I get really stuffy from
all the smokers. I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Vegas and will
recommend it to anyone I know. I hope this puts other readers minds at ease who
are reading the bad reviews.

I just read review and clearly there are some misunderstandings on the writer's
part. First of all, all MGM properties have a $20 per day resort fee which is
independent of any charges incurred at the properties. Secondly, one needs to
read the receipts to see if service charges have been added to the bill prior to
signing. Thirdly it is not 40 minutes to walk from the MGM lobby to the
Signature property unless one is walking extremely slowly, Most reviews on this
site say it is 10-15 minutes tops which is my experience as well If you need
help with luggage, just ask for it. There are people in each tower lobby for
this.
I have stayed here manay times without incident and the hotel would not be
ranked #5 in Vegas if there were tons of issues with it that this reviewer
presumes.
Tip: IF you want ot get to the strip from tower one, just go right down the
driveway, past the Grand garden arena and the sidewalk will bring you to the
strip at near the Coke bottle/M&Ms world. |
