Our room was on the 16th floor and on the city side, so our view was of highways
and desolate construction sites. We were asked if we wanted to pay extra for an
upgrade, but we were fine with the less than spectacular view. We definitely
could hear the trains when they went by, but again, the rest of the property is
quiet and peaceful compared to the rest of the strip, so we were okay with that
as well. Most of the staff were professional and kind. Only
problem we had was with the concierge not answering phone calls. No voice mail
either. Just rang and rang.

I had to call housekeeping 3 times the 1st day of arrival. There was a bunch of
trash under the sink, no flatware and no bedding for the pullout sofa. The
female shuttle driver gave us incorrect information about the time the last
shuttle leaves from Caesars (they will tell you midnight which is incorrect) and
as a result I was stuck there with a person with autism until we could finally
find an available cab. I called the hotel and spoke to a very rude operator who
pretty much told me too bad about my situation. I asked to speak to a manager
and was hung up on. Of course the hotel has a vehicle but customer service
obviously is not their priority. I will never stay at another Trump property.

If you are wanting to stay at a hotel in Vegas without the poker machines and
dazzling casino lights and themes, this is the place to be! The Trump hotel is
classy, elegant and simply beautiful. Everyone that works at the Trump provides
you with excellent service - you feel quite special being at the establishment.
The hotel is not on the strip but you can easily walk to the strip from it. The
hotel also provides a free shuttle service to Caesers Palace so if you don't
want to walk to the strip, you just hop on one. Taxi's are readily available too
if shuttle services have ceased.
The 'Fashion Show Mall' is across the road - it has Macy's, Gap and a number of
other stores.
The rooms at Trump are spacious and very clean. They are serviced daily. The
main bathroom was HUGE. It included a very large shower, spa bath and mirror
with a tv built into the glass. The second bathroom was of a good size too (no
bath but also had a shower). The couch rolls out into a comfortable bed which
was made up at our request. The kitchen is great if you are staying for a few
days and want to make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant
downstairs in also lovely, you can choose from a buffet breakfast or you can
order off the menu.
The pool area is simple but fantastic. There are a number of recliner chairs,
towels are provided as you enter the area and you can also get something to eat
or a snack whilst relaxing in the sun. The pool accommodated for a large number
of guests.
We had trouble with our wireless internet in our room but no problems with it in
the pool area or lobby.
I would stay at the Trump International Hotel again with no hesitation if
returning to Vegas. We got an amazing deal - we paid a total of 244AUD for the 3
nights. There is a resort tax at the Trump which you pay at the end of your
stay. We received water bottles each day.
You get the perfect balance when staying at the Trump : you can enjoy all Vegas
has to offer but then return to a stylish, peaceful setting. I would personally
return to Vegas simply for the hotel - you really do feel spoilt there!

The Trump hotel was amazing! It was well maintained and stunningly decorated. We
were upgraded to a nicer suite upon check in. Our bed was so comfy that I
didn't want to leave my room. The hotel is right across the street from the
Fashion Show Mall, which which had tons of amazing stores. It is off the strip,
but that's the best part of it. It's not your typical smokey Vegas hotel.....Its
an oasis from that! They have 1 restaurant on sight which is very expensive, my
only suggestion is that more restaurants be onsite. They offer free shuttle to
Caesars Palace, every half n hour and the pool onsite is GORGEOUS! We enjoyed
our stay, we got an amazing deal here.

We really liked the Trump and after doing the rounds of all the themed hotels on
the strip were pleased that we had opted for what is a much quieter and more
classy hotel. There is no Casino and it is right at the end of the strip, they
do however run a complimentary shuttle to the Wynn and Cesars Palace and it is
not like there is not enough choice when it comes to Casinos in Vegas!
We got a fantastic rate for this hotel which made it great value for money, if
you were paying the full advertised rate you would expect everything we
experienced and probably more.

stayed one night as a stopover before flying home to uk. excellent accommodation
with a very spacious room and well equipped kitchen area - though some items of
cutlery and crockery were missing. lovely to stay in a hotel in Las Vegas which
does not have a casino or slot machines! breakfast and dinner were delicious and
the special dinner deal is very good value at about £20 per person excluding
drinks.
overall we were very impressed and recommend it to anyone.
did not use the spa or pool but looked good.

I stayed there for 5 nights and i can say the room was top class, bed was so
comfy, jacuzzi was great. The service was incredible, everyone was so helpful. I
also have to mention the outdoor pool which was the greatest thing ever. And all
around a great hotel. Will definitely stay there again. |
