The Hotel in general was clean, our room average, exactly what you pay for when
you don't stay on the strip. The problem; being charged $300.00 for a crack in
the mirror which was already their when we checked in to our room. The lesson to
be learned; take pictures of your room with the date clearly evident, the day
you arrive. The disappointment; after filling out the forms disputing the
charge, being told someone would contact us within 24 hours, no one even
bothered. One Hotel we will never stay at again!

I've been to Vegas 4 times and I have always wanted to try this hotel.. but the
first 3 times I chose not too. I just couldn't imagine the hotel being as nice
as it looked for the price they ask. Finally, we stayed here for 4 nights on my
last trip to Vegas and I was not disappointed!
First off, we arrived at 8am. I called ahead to ask about early check in. We
were able to use early-check-in after 9 am for only 13 dollars. A heck of a
deal!
The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly. They answered all questions
we had. The restaurant TUSCANY GARDENS was GREAT food and NOT that expensive!
Service and atmosphere there was great too.
The pool is beautiful and we really enjoyed swimming/sunbathing there. The rooms
were gorgeous. The beds were big! and you actually get a SUITE! There is a
kitchenette and living/sitting area!
Tuscany Suites is located closer to the middle of the strip (where the action
is) than many other hotels that are on the north part of the strip. (Riviera,
Circus Circus) So even though you aren't on the strip, you are still close the
many of the major hotels (MGM, NYNY, etc)

I have stayed here many times and have not reviewed the place yet... so...
I have always had a great time staying here and the people working there are
always very patient and great to work with.
I learned this more this time down as I had a few really minor problems and they
were rectified almost immediately. One problem they could not rectify was my
fault anyway. That was my plans changed and I tried to stay through the weekend
and they were booked. Still the front desk tried and said to check back for
cancellations.
OK, rooms awesome, most have been upgraded and they are working on the rest.
People are great, I do have to give a shout out to Angie the cocktail at the
pool. She is very attentive, funny, personable and cute as hell... ha ha
Anyway, don't look further, you will be disappointed for sure.

We stayed at the Tuscany over a week in July 2011 and it was very nice. the
layout of the property is nice, the restaurants are wonderful and give you huge
portions. The casino is nice and not overly crowded. The staff ia amazing as
everyone was so gracious and always smiling. I would recommend this hotel to
everyone!

On a road trip from San Francisco down to LA then up to Vegas, we had popped
into Vegas for one night before heading to the Grand Canyon, returning later to
Sin City a few days later. The first time, we stayed in the Imperial Palace,
right on the strip an experience we were keen not to repeat on our return,
when we planned to stay 6 nights we were thrilled with the Tuscany Inn and
Suites. The suite was a good size, with two queen beds, sofa and arm chair,
desk, table and chairs and kitchenette area. We requested a microwave and were
sent one right away. The bathroom was a good size, with separate tub and shower
cubicle. Fitness centre, good size pools and adjoining casino and restaurants.
Feels like a little oasis in the middle of Vegas. Free wi-fi in public areas,
exorbitant fee if you want it in your room the only negative I can think of.

Nice hotel, very big rooms. Everything was clean.
We chose this hotel because you can park your car close to the room and it was a
fair price.
Would stay there again.
