I just returned to the M Resort for the second time in 2 years.. the staff there
are absolutely first class as well as the accommodations and the quality of the
food! My husband's company held its Annual Franchise meeting there in 2010 and
again in February 2012 - due to the excellent accommodations and value. I
recommend it. It has a free shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the
nearby strip, if needed. However, this hotel features a very large, full service
casino, several restaurants, spa, pool and live shows and entertainment - - at a
fraction of the cost of other Vegas hotels. The hotel just opened in 2010 - and
the service two years later is just as impressive and consistent. This resort is
huge! and we took our teenage daughter and still had plenty to do and see. Well
recommended!

Approaching the hotel --it is smaller in size compared to the huge hotels on the
strip. You are immediately approached as soon as you get to the hotel. They took
our bags and off we go to the lobby. As soon as you enter the hotel doors you
immediately get the most pleasant scent which you don't get at most hotels. Then
off to the left you see two towers of shelves full of White Calla Lilies. That
is where the scent is coming from. They were gorgeous! Never seen that anywhere
before. Definitely want to build that into my future home-very neat! Front desk
were very nice. We were several hours early for check-in so we walked around the
hotel. The hotel is contemporary and very sleek and clean. The thing that stands
out compared to anywhere I've stayed in the wonderful smell throughout the
entire hotel...I still can't believe it. Yes, people smoke in the designated
areas but it still smells GOOD! The restaurants that we tried were all very
tasty. Wished we were there longer to try a couple more of them that we didn't
get around to. The rooms were surprisingly NICE for the price of the rooms. Very
modern and contemporary and nice size. I was definitely impressed. I really
liked the decor throughout the hotel and the rooms. Another thing that stood out
is that you can tell that mostly locals go there (casino). So it was nice seeing
the same faces every day. It was a different vibe than the strip hotels as far
as the people go. I enjoyed our stay here!

This is my daughter's favorite Las Vegas hotel. The beds in the rooms are
incredibly comfortable and she adores babycakes in the morning with their
wonderful pastries and good coffee. The pool is a great design and very
comfortable area with the exception of the occasional very windy afternoon due
to the location. There is a 10 minute drive to the strip which is great if you
have a rental car or drove to Vegas as we do from Arizona.

Had the opportunity to spend a night at this resort and what a pleasant surprise
it was. The hotel is beautiful, airy and smells terrific. Even in the casino,
with plenty of smokers, the good ventilation and high celings made it much less
toxic. Our room was a great size with a beautiful tile bathroom and shower. We
were greeted with a wonderful bowl of fresh fruit and there was a live plant as
well. Seems like the little touches make all the difference!! The bed was super
comfortable and I didn't want to leave. The only downside is that it is a LONG
WAY from the strip, but the beauty and comfort of the resort almost makes it
worth it. They say the buffet is the best in Vegas and I would agree!! Try it if
you are there.

Stayed here for a meeting. Beautiful hotel with top notch staff. Best part was
no overcrowding by non guests. About 5-6 miles from the strip so rent a car if
doing frequent trips. Restaurants and buffets are excellent. Nancy the concierge
was extremely helpful with show/dining tips. Rooms are neat and clean, beds
comfortable. Will come here again for sure.

My husband and I stayed at M for two nights following 7 nights at Mandalay Bay.
After staying at a strip property for a week, we more than welcomed the change
to a more serene environment. We have played and eaten at M several times, but
this was our first (and not last) overnight stay. We arrived early as we only
had a 8 1/2 mile drive from MB. The room we requested (2 queens) was not
available at 11:30 am, so the desk clerk upgraded us (at no extra charge - and
no prompting from us) to a little larger room with a king bed. In sum, the room
was one of the best we've ever stayed in. The decor was lovely; bathroom was
huge (2 sinks, separate shower and tub; water closet); bed very comfortable;
plenty of space to hang clothes or store in drawers; room chairs very
comfortable to relax in/read.
The restaurants we ate in were great. Of course we went to the buffet one night
for dinner (hard to resist all the wine and beer you can drink) and the food was
of good quality and variety. We also ate at the steak restaurant and that was
fabulous.
If you've never played at M before, you'll find it has all the major games that
the strip properties have, but the minimums are lower. There were plenty of $5
table games and $2-4 limit hold-em poker games. Neither was to be found at
Mandalay Bay.
Clearly this property attracts more locals than vacationers, but we never felt
unwelcome. Everyone was very friendly and customer-service oriented. For
example, the evening before our departure I went to the front-desk to inquire
about how to print boarding passes for our flight the next day and the clerk
very happily said, "I can do that for you right here" and she did - at no extra
charge. It was just a nice finishing touch to our stay.
Our only regret: we didn't stay longer!

Service was perfect and the room and view of the desert and the Strip (in the
distance) were fantastic. My bathroom was huge! I headed to the day spa after a
24hr flight and it was heavenly - what a great place to relax and be pampered.
There are several restaurants in the hotel, offering cafe style meals to more
formal dining. If you intend to explore the Strip there is a free shuttle bus
for the 20 min trip, otherwise the Concierge can arrange a hire car from the
hotel for you. I found this really necessary to explore the shopping outlets
around the area and other sites.

We stayed at the M resort this past Christmas holiday for two nights. We had a
great time. Very nice resort with a beautiful lobby and the room was nice and
clean. We asked for the strip view which was nice to see during night time.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Worth the price for having variety of
selections. The spa was and fitness center was nice too. The casino has black
jack ranging from $5 to $50 which was great.
The only drawback is too far from the strip. Since this was my third visit to
Vegas so it wasn't a big deal. We spent the whole time in the resort.

The M is the perfect hotel to get away from the strip. From the steakhouse to
the deli, all the food is great and the only negative was the line for the
buffet. the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and go above and beyond!

Went to Anthony's for a holiday dinner with neighbours. We were welcomed warmly
and seated promptly. Our waiter, Florin, was very helpful explaining the menu
and taking our orders promptly. We were in no rush and enjoyed the ambiance and
cocktails

I visited the M resort and casino twice and they never disappoint me with their
buffet. Although a bit pricey, the food and service are well worth the trip to
Henderson. Note. Their shuttle is free so
