We stayed at the Trump International for 10 days Sep 2011. We picked this Hotel
because it has no gambling and is smoke free ( That way we could have a break
from the hustle and bustle of the strip as needed). We had a studio suite strip
view.
Trump Hotel is absolute value for money, and pure luxury. The hotel was clean we
had a Strip View Room, which had a spectacular view, as well as a kitchenette
and microwave. The internet was great, worked with IPad and laptop, and we
received bottled water and newspapers daily, as well as access to a fitness
centre.
Do not be concerned about the Hotel being off the strip, as there is a
complimentary bus from the Trump which takes you and picks up at Caesar’s
Palace, Forum Shops. Fashion Show mall is directly across the road and the Deuce
Bus picks up in front of Fashion Show Mall on the strip side. It was our first
time in Vegas so initially we walked everywhere our first day, but things are
further than they look so I highly recommend the 24 hour Deuce Bus pass. Overall
this was a fabulous stay and worth the money. Partcularly if you are looking for
a good night sleep to prepare you for your hectic Las Vegas day.

My husband and I went to Vegas the weekend of the superbowl. We booked the hotel
through Hotwire. At first we were not excited that it was the Trump Hotel
because it is off the strip even though Hotwire has it listed as on the strip.
After reading the reviews we felt very comfortable about the choice. Trump's
Hotel was outstanding. The fact that there isn't a casino in the hotel was a
plus. The rooms are fabulous. Extremely comfortable bed, microwave,
refrigerator, disposal, and dishes. The rooms were spotless. The hotel had a
doorman that helped anyway he could. A draw back was the valet. I don't
understand why the hotel has Valet only. This seems as though this is the only
negative the reviewers find with the hotel. During superbowl weekend, it was a
little more difficult to get your car because the hotel was busy. I missed not
being able to just go to the car when we wanted to. We did end up parking across
the street in the mall's parking lot and walking over so we didn't have to deal
with the hastle of getting our car each time we came back to the room. Also,
when you stay at a hotel most give you a discount on a show. While the hotel
gave us a discount on a show, the show was on a break while we were there and we
were not able to use the buy one get one free offer. The other part you will
miss is that because there isn't a casino you can't earn points for any
complimentary food/rooms.
The extra doors to the rooms are a fabulous idea. It keeps the rooms very quiet
without all of the noise in the halls. The folks that were in the next room had
room service. The only issue was that the dirty dishes were setting there for
over a day. I had called the front desk but yet the dishes remained. I put the
cart in the hallway where it finally got picked up.
The staff at the check in were excellent- everyone there was working to keep the
hotel guests happy.
I have stayed at the Wynn and the Encore and I do prefer the Trump Hotel because
of the quiet rooms/hotel.
Don't miss looking and shopping in the Hotel's gift shop. Very pretty items.

I had to extend my stay in Las Vegas from Feb. 13 to the 16th, and the hotel I
was staying at was sold out for the first night, so I had to switch. I went with
the cheapest 5 star hotel I could find, since my trip was work-related, didn't
really care where I stayed as long as it was nice. The service was great, very
friendly staff. The rooms were very nicely appointed, with a kitchenette, a
great bed, and a very large bathroom. I was about to place a complaint at the
front desk because I had pressed the "do not disturb" button and was woken up by
housekeeping twice anyway, when I realized that the button was not working, so
housekeeping was not at fault. This is a great hotel to get work done, but if
you're in Vegas for fun, I would stay at one of my regular, strip located hotels

Rooms were amazing, we were honored to have Mr. Trump visit during our buying
trip! Also it is refreshing to stay in Vegas without the casino action
everywhere. The food was excellent though somewhat expensive. The upgraded room
at only $150 a night was a bargain. Better than the room we paid $400 for at the
Wynn. Congratulations to Mitt Romney who was there for Trump's endorsement. The
massage was wonderful!

I thought Trump and that hottie Bill Rancic knew what they were doing. NOPE!
This hotel really reminds me of a 25 year old bimbo, very pretty on the outside,
but things not quite working right on the inside (sorry, no offense bimbos, it
was the best I could think of). Yes the lobby and rooms are clean and pretty.
But the floor to ceiling windows are made of cheap, thin glass. I was on on the
56th floor and could literally hear every car that went by. I asked for a quiet
room having read reviews from people complaining about the noise, and this was
the best they could do. You hear planes beginning at 6 am and trains at 7:30 am.
So much for a relaxing weekend away! Odd that I have NEVER heard a plane in a
Vegas hotel room and I've been here hundreds of times.
The bartender downstairs also refused to sell me their turkey burger which is
supposed to be good. He said I'd have to get room service to get it. Uhhhh...aren't
you people all using the same kitchen???? Also note that the burger isn't listed
on the room service menu.
All in all, save your money. Even if you get a deal.
